A representative in the Georgia Statehouse is drafting a rather blunt response to legislation that would dictate when a woman could get an abortion. It's called the "Testicular Bill of Rights," and state Rep. Dar'shun Kendrick said her legislative package is all about turning the tables on her male counterparts seeking to impose laws on a woman's reproductive rights.

The move comes after a Georgia House committee approved legislation last week to outlaw abortion after a fetus' heartbeat can be detected, which is before many women know they are pregnant. Women in Georgia can currently seek an abortion within the first 20 weeks of a pregnancy. A heartbeat is generally detectable by medical professionals at around six weeks.

"HB-481 [The 'Heartbeat Bill'] inspired me to see what the reaction would be from some males and male legislators if the tables were turned and we started to talk about their reproductive rights and organs," Kendrick told CBS News on Tuesday.

Georgia Democrats Retaliate for ‘Heartbeat’ Abortion Ban with Bill Requiring Men to Report Ejaculations

Five female Democrats in the Georgia state House have sponsored a bill that would require middle-aged and older men to report their ejaculations to a county sheriff.

State Rep. Dar’Shun Kendrick introduced HB 604, which states: “any male 55 years of age or older shall immediately report to the county sheriff or local law enforcement agency when such male releases sperm from his testicles.”

The Democrat women retaliated for HB 481 — the heartbeat abortion ban — that would prohibit most abortions after a fetal heartbeat can be detected, generally at about the sixth or seventh week of pregnancy.

Yep, that's what they're saying.  To them, the act of ejaculation is equivalent to the act of creating another human being, and therefore if people, as in men and women, can tell a woman that she can't legally kill a fetus/baby, then men shouldn't be able to ejaculate without legal permission.   Or.....something....

It wasn't that long ago that Kermit Gosnell, one of the most prolific serial killers in the US, was sent to prison for life for terminating the lives of unknown babies by snipping their spinal cords.  These were 'abortions'?  um..... NO!  No, they were not.  They were procedures in which the mother went through labor, full term or not.  When a living, breathing (and in many of the cases these babies would have been sustainable) and simply unwanted infant was born, their lives were almost instantly terminated.  He went to prison; yet the dimorats think this procedure is ok?
