Trump admin extends TPS amnesty and bows to judicial supremacy

.........Remember when Trump offered Democrats amnesty plus extension of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) in exchange for wall funding? Well, yesterday his DHS secretary, Kirstjen Nielsen, agreed to illegally extend this program for free simply because the powers that be in this administration support the amnesty agenda and the stealing of American sovereignty. This is a scam of issuing work permits for primarily illegal aliens who take advantage of a program designed for legal visitors who can’t return home because of a natural disaster. After promising to end it, Trump’s DHS extended TPS for 300,000 nationals of Sudan, El Salvador, Haiti, and Nicaragua. The overwhelming majority are from El Salvador, among them those with proven ties to MS-13. Pursuant to law, TPS should have expired for Sudan in 1997, Nicaragua in 1998, El Salvador in 2001, and Haiti in 2010.

The administration decided to give in to Judge Edward Chen of the Northern District of  California, who illegally ruled that Trump must continue a program over which the judiciary has no control.

This decision is destructive on many levels, both to Trump’s immigration promises and to the growing tyranny of the courts. Trump is giving in to an illegal injunction issued by a single district judge in what is probably one of the worst abuses of power from a court in modern history..................

..............This decision of the administration is even more damaging on the judicial front than on the immigration front. It sets a baseline precedent that there is nothing a district judge can do that is out of bounds and that even if judges violate statute, not just on the merits but on their power to even hear the case, their illegitimate rulings will be countenanced as law. Trump is confronted with a challenge no other president has faced with a judiciary literally engaging in civil disobedience against immigration law. It’s understandable why, given the decade-long lionizing of judicial supremacy, he would be reluctant to pick a fight. But if he fails to do so, he will permanently set the baseline of judicial power over immigration. He has no choice but to fight.

As a result of this decision, the baseline is set that jurisdiction-stripping statutes mean nothing.

As a result of this decision, the baseline is set that universal injunctions are the law of the land.

As a result of this decision, the baseline is set that there is no area of immigration law and sovereignty off limits to the courts......

As time goes on ... it becomes more and more apparent of the smoke and mirrors game that is being played.  We will have no wall and now there is reports of the DEMS agreeing to a massive infrastructure redo. We shall see, but I had this hunch from early on in Trump's campaign and I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop announcing the union of Mexico, the U.S. and Canada -- which certainly would explain a lot of things.

When are people going to wake up?  When will they get their heads out of the sand?

AG William Barr: "I'm recused from that matter because one of the law firms that represented Epstein long ago was a firm that I subsequently joined for a period of time."

Alexander Acosta Labor Secretary resigned under pressure concerning his "sweetheart deal" with Jeffrey Epstein.  He was under consideration for AG after Sessions was removed, but was forced to resign instead.

HAMMER: The Trump Administration Wrongly Extends A New ‘Temporary Protected Status’ Amnesty

By  Josh Hammer  ï‚™ @josh_hammer

March 1, 2019


After signing into a law an amnesty omnibus boondoggle as a means of ending a shutdown standoff, it unfortunately appears that the Trump Administration is not yet done with its immigration-related capitulations.

On Thursday, Axios reported that the Administration is opting not to appeal a rogue decision last October from the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California that halted the Administration's efforts to rescind "Temporary Protected Status" (TPS) for aliens presently in the United States from Sudan, El Salvador, Haiti, and Nicaragua. As the Department of Homeland Security announced, the Administration is instead planning to abort its plans to rescind TPS. Instead, Homeland Security will automatically extend the TPS amnesty for the affected beneficiaries through January 2, 2020.

Legally, there is no reason not to appeal this rogue judge's preliminary injunction that infringes on our national sovereignty. On the substantive policy merits, furthermore, the failure to appeal amounts to de facto amnesty for what Axios reports are 300,000 aliens. That is not a small number!

Here are three reasons why the Administration is wrong to refuse to appeal this judicial order.

1. TPS Has Been Lawlessly Expanded Far Beyond Its Policy Intent.

Why is this news?  Trump said during the campaign that he supported amnesty.  Why would anyone expect anything different?
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.

-Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."

-Ayn Rand-

Truth.  Everyone has been on a roller coaster ride of emotions over illegal immigration since he was elected.  Why hasn't he done anything yet?  Which he didn't do while there was a Republican Congress.  Why did he sign this bill, and the next and next?  Is he going to declare state of emergency?

No, because it was all based on "fake".

Right from the start as you accurately posted it was his touchback amnesty.  His whole presidency has been about Trump and what they have done to him.  Its so tiring.  So tiring.  And now the caravans come one after another.  A never ending supply of labor to build Trump towers.

Trump has done everything politically possible to sabotage American security at the Southern Border.  Yet some people want to make concertine wire and a few 4-5 mile sections of fencing golden.  The last bill he signed is a guarantee that illegal immigration will continue.

So, if Trump had defied the courts he's "lawless."  If he follows the courts, he's "bowing to judicial supremacy."

There is absolutely NO denying that he waited until after the mid terms and just days before the newly appointed Congress was sworn in to make a push for the border wall.  His supporters were duped.  Yes, there is some wall being repaired and has some money for additional wall, but the bill he just passed allows states to opt out of a barrier.  So ... the money he just got is peanuts and won't make much of an impact.

He wasted a rare FULL majority.  Building the wall, securing our borders and retaining the sovereignty of this country should have been his first priority!  That is what he ran on and that is the issue that people voted for him on.

The GOP may retain the oval office in 2020, but beyond that, because of his amnesty and border wall softening, don't ever expect another GOP candidate to be seated in Congress or the White House for a very, very long time.

I shutter to think of what the future holds for this country.  America.  We're losing her quickly.

He could have had 25 billion and restricted federal funds to illegal immigrants that would have saved billions.
