Unfortunately the blame game won't contribute a cent to the paying the debt down...and none of today's politicians will do anything either...
At some point the politicians will try to inflate our way out of the debt but they won't stop spending so what's the use...
I'd predict that the baby boom generation will not be looked on kindly by those we have left the debt to....
