Local Latin musician, former GSU student killed by stray bullet in Colombia

An up-and-coming local Latin singer and rapper and former Georgia State University student was killed by a stray bullet in Colombia last week.

Members of metro Atlanta’s Latino community are mourning the death of Fabio Legarda, who grew up in Alpharetta and was known for shows at Chamblee’s Plaza Fiesta, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Legarda’s Instagram account has nearly 3 million followers.
