Bad weather stops Pelosi, lawmakers from attending Dingell funeral service

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and other lawmakers were stopped from attending John Dingell's funeral service Tuesday by inclement weather.
Two military planes transporting members of Congress were unable to land in Detroit and had to turn back.
Rep. Billy Long (R-Miss.) tweeted that Pelosi and Reps. John Lewis (D-Ga.) and Fred Upton (R-Mich.) lead an impromptu service for Dingell in the plane.
