Senator Cory Booker didn’t disappoint anyone who expected him to grandstand like ‘Spartacus’ during the Senate confirmation for D.C. Circuit Court nominee Neomi Rao. Booker was downright rude to the nominee until he was caught in a big gaffe and then slammed with a brilliant answer from Rao. Bravo to this D.C. Circuit Court nominee!

He questioned Rao on her personal religious beliefs regarding gay marriage. This is the tactic used by Democrats like Dianne Feinstein who challenged a Catholic nominee a few months ago about following the “Dogma” of the Catholic church.

Booker got personal with Rao and asked her about her views on gay relationships and homosexuality.

She Had and Gave the right answers but in a robotic Emily Post fashion.

Booker and the others shouldn't be allowed to get away with coming on as bomb throwers.

She, and the others, should be answering him in his own fashion.

The New Jersey liberal applied a highly unconstitutional religious test during a judicial nominee’s confirmation hearing.

Cruz pounced.

    Booker seized on Rao’s 2008 article opposing the Supreme Court decision Lawrence v. Texas, which decriminalized homosexual activity. He then directly asked her, “Are gay relationships in your opinion immoral?”

Rao: “I am not sure the relevance of that.”
