I'd never agree with harassing someone for whatever this is about. I don't know if the guy was saying this to people and that was what he was arrested for.
At the same time, I'd feel wary if this was happening in my neighborhood or town. I don't want to exaggerate the problem.
Before, I've watched the actual Abby Road Webcam (the Beatles album) cam quite a lot in the past. I hardly ever see Muslims on it. About 1 time when I use to view this frequently. So, it's night time now, but during the day, it does pick up quite a bit. And then, when it is daily light hours, a lot of tourists and a lot of locals. Rarely extremely busy, big red double decker buses run all day. So, from what I've seen there, I find some hope. London has always had some bad areas.
