I'm actually beginning to feel a little bit sorry for the dufus!  Think I'll go take some aspirin and lie down till I feel better.

That is exactly what I just did.

Kewl!  When I went to bed last night the Socialist troll was gone for the night...past his bed time.  I wake up to find him predictably terrified of guns.  He must have gotten his Mom to fix him a Hot Pocket this morning.

'Nother snow day, @BlueSlingshot?

No... That is lawlessness.
And I doubt you can 'do whatever you want' in the over-regulated northeast anyway... Certainly nothing I would want to do can be done over there. Either it ain't there, or it's illegal.

Been there, done that, wouldn't go back for nothing... You can keep it.

not at all........

but great........stay away.....one less curmudgeon to deal with

I'm not angry at all........for some reason, the entire gaggle here can't stop talking crap about liberals and socialism and communism and everything else rightie deems to come along with that demographic

@BlueHammer

Sure you are.  Your posts read like you’re typing with clenched teeth.  Ranting over and over about the “misery” of others.

Classic projection.
I say this to Beto fans, Trump fans, all fans of politicians: it is un-American, ridiculous, and dangerous to be a fan of a politician. They aren't pop stars. Support them if you agree with their policies. Criticize them when they go wrong. They are servants, not celebrities. —— Matt Walsh

@roamer_1

You said: "If you think my little town would not put those 10 commandments back in front of the courthouse...".

Texas has the 10 commandments in stone in front of the Texas Capital building. Some years ago, it was tried to remove those stone 10 commandments. Our State Attorney General at the time, Greg Abbott, took the case to the Supreme Court.

It was our lead prosecutor at the time, TED CRUZ, who won that case at the Supreme Court.  It was Abbott who employed Cruz as his lead prosecutor.

Governor Gregg Abbott for President of the United States.

Oh you're gonna be a fun one I can tell.  All full of projection...socialist sophistry...and pure 100% barnyard manure.

@Dexter

My friend, perhaps you might re-post your initial post since your last sabbatical.

IIRC, it was self-deprecating and overall respectful...informing us and reminding yourself how much you've 'learned' here with the gang.

Just like Ronnie said surrounded in ankle-deep horse manure..."there's got to be a pony here somewhere".

Maybe we can 'rescue' @BlueHammer ?

Excuse me? Don’t try to project your own hypocritical misery onto others ..... you don’t give a shit about anyone’s freedom except your own to fire some useless gun. I mean it might actually start to make sense if you had tanks to shoot at, but even then it’s ridiculous at best.

Why are you assuming he's miserable?

Have you ever fired a rifle or a pistol?  Why do you assume they are useless?

The only thing on the ground that you can safely shoot at a tank with...is another tank.  20mm does nothing against the armor of a modern day MBT.

See if you would research a little bit you'd know this.

Instead you remind me of all the trolls from DU that wold pop over to places like Conservative Underground and Conservative Cave and try to be as trollish and obnoxious as you can to see how quickly you'll get banned so you can run back and talk about how intolerant Republicans/The Right/Conservatives are and get street cred from your fellow intolerant Socialists.

There was a very famous and much anticipated question that used to be asked of trolls at CU right before they got banned...I'll hold off on asking it for now...but if it looks like that's about to happen to you...I'll share that question with you.

Can't wait to shoot down all your little Socialist/Communist/Progressive talking points.

@Smokin Joe well he said legal and since I'm in the shadow of Pikes Peak and Cheyenne Mountain right now I naturally assumed he meant Colorado.  If he's in MA then that explains (besides the fact he's a Progressive) his arrogant attitude.

Yep. West coast liberals are bad, but Northeastern ones are usually the worst.

the amount of vitriol thrown at the left here would have any rational person assume that you're all miserable..

I have guns.....I'm a member of a gun club.....

I don't care about the 20mm gun....I'm not the one who brought it up

you remind me of a typical trump voter......

I'll let you in on a little secret....in my life, I've voted for a democrat for president exactly once ..... Clinton/Dole

If there is anything I am disappointed with, it's what has happened to the republican party......mostly because in the end, I don't think it will survive the trump presidency......probably result in the next 30-40 year span of control of the legislative branch by the democrat. I see moderates such as myself staying away from republicans for a long time

Just because they deliver their leftwing idiocies with fronted pronunciations and rounded vowels, and maybe a bit more loudly, doesn't mean they're more idiotic than their counterparts on the west coast.

I am literally surrounded by these CA morons and believe me they don't get any worse.

Nope not Miserable.  Just dumbfounded at the left and their efforts to destroy this country and what it stands for.  That all.

You're the one that harped on it

I didn't vote for Trump.  Try again genius.

Umm...Clinton didn't have a running mate named Dole.

We don't need so called "moderates" in the party.  You're all Democrats in everything but name...the squishy "moderates" are what has allowed Progressivism to grow like a cancer in this country to begin with.
