The Left Attacks Trump’s Pick to Replace Brett Kavanaugh for Her Smart College Writings

Young conservatives, be warned: Reasonable ideas written in college—such as the notion that binge drinking can lead to dangerous consequences for young women—can and will be twisted and used against you should you be nominated for high-powered positions two and a half decades later.

That’s what’s happening to Neomi Rao, President Donald Trump’s nominee to replace Brett Kavanaugh on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and who reportedly is on the short list for the Supreme Court.

Rao, a 45-year-old Indian-American, has become the latest target of liberal activist groups and media smears, including BuzzFeed News, CNN, Mother Jones, Alliance for Justice, and Lambda Legal.

Will the left accuser her of being a "harlot," "strumpet," or a painted lady who got good grades in college by seducing her professors?  Will they throw in "some believe she drank too much?"  Maybe even was a Christian?

It would be even better if they say she made false accusations of sexual assault against men.

The judge's "crime" was refusing to infantilize women by making of them helpless and presumptive victims unable to make wise choices, and by refusing to classify all men as potential rapists.

In other words, she has violated the catechism of Leftist ideology, and must therefore be opposed by their High Priests.

Unless someone made her drinks undetectably strong or forced them down her throat, a woman, like a man, decides when and how much to drink. Implying that a drunk woman has no control of her actions, but that a drunk man does, strips woman of all moral responsibility. It creates a culture of victimization in which men are prowling and uncontrollable, and women are weak and helpless. Any self-respecting person should be troubled and offended by such ideas."
