A few of the weather models I use for forecasting have been shut down for the time being.

Other than that, no. The only federal workers I know are in the postal service, and I don't know if they're getting paid or not.

Indeed. Bachelor's degree in meteorology, Oswego State University. Not that it did me much good; the recession hit just as I graduated and I never found work. But I still do forecasting just to keep my skills fresh.

How about not affected at all.

I don't "access" government short of that which is required by it such as drivers licenses and tax payments.

I wouldn't have thought there was a huge demand for meteorologists to begin with.  I did a quick search on Monster though and see quite a number of listings.
