Voting Thread: 2018 Today's Toons Favorites (Final Round)

The preliminary round went pretty well. The voting reduced the 180 items in that round to the remaining 41 listed in random order below. As it turned out, any item that received less than 3 votes was eliminated. 55 items received no votes at all.
 
There are some "rules" here, but not many. When selecting your favorites, use your own criteria. Some like funny, clever, pithy, touching, etc. Some like cartoons, photoshops, animations, etc. So, judge each entry unto itself.
 
Each entry is numbered (1-41). Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to send me (via comment in this thread/private message) the numbers in order of preference of your 10 (or fewer, if you can't find 10 that you like) favorites. If you are caught sending more than 10, I won't disavow your existence, but will ask you to remove any excess. This offer will self-destruct at 1 PM ET, Sunday, January 20, 2019. Scoring will be as follows: A 1st-place vote will get 10 pts., a 2nd-place vote earns 9 pts., ..., down to a 10th-place vote getting 1 pt. Good luck!

If certain pics/toons don't download (even after a refresh/reload), send me their numbers (which will show up) & I'll try to help. The detailed results of this final vote hopefully will be posted on Sunday, January 20, 2019 or Monday, January 21, 2019. The decision of the judge (Today's Toons editor-in-chief) is final! I usually prefer the ones that reflect the politics of the year in a broader sense, and I almost went with 15 first for that reason.  But #6 is so simple, clever and funny I gave it the nod instead.  Thanks for doing this, Pookie!  This has become a morning coffee ritual every January for 14 years now.
