I sincerely do feel for the workers and their families of this Federal shutdown.  But the scope is much bigger, much wider.  It is about the country and its future.  I have said that Trump should take this shutdown and ask for all of it.  Every bit needed to complete the wall.  Whether it is 26 billion or 40.  It will all come back because we have rock solid data showing the cost of illegal immigration.  If Trump cares about our children and their future he will up the request, not lower it.  He will see to it that our border is secured. 

Democrats have already announced the first order of business for the new Congress.  Bill including border security.  1.3 billion I think was the figure I read for fixing fencing.

A ship tossed to and fro is not a steady ship.

I found the article.  Sad that this is California, but selfish liberal politicians could care less what is happening in their state.  In fact the entire Pacific Northwest.  I wonder too, how can we take people into LA on an asylum request when we throw them right into the MS-13 trap?  Escape from what?

Well there is some good news... The new governor of California is asking for additional healthcare benefits for illegals. That should go a long way towards sucking the illegals out of other states into California... San Francisco was just the beginning of what California is sowing.

Corbe may think he is joking, but that was the exact opposite of funny. I gave a reasoned response to a ridiculous assertion. I have noticed over the last several months that Corbe's comments have digressed and if he thinks that is humorous it is one of the most pathetic attempts at humor I have seen in a long time. Frankly I am about one comment away from putting him on my very short ignore list.

Probably because it's too easy for me to overcaffeinate...I must have gotten ten pounds of various coffees and k-cups for Christmas, along with a combo coffee brewer & k-cup brewer. It was a great Christmas, as I also received a couple of great books and a couple bottles of wine.

I support President Trump and his endeavors to build a wall. He has done some wonderful things and has for the most part been good for this country, admittedly beyond my expectations.

To give any President a free pass for every reason and to paint their picture rosier than warranted and to put them on a pedestal is absurd, ridiculous, and dangerous. 

While I feel he has been a good President, I wouldn't say he is perfect.  The 'perfect' one was savagely tortured and nailed to a cross!
