Schumer is never right on anything, but he is right on this.  Trump will never have the support of the Senate.  Even if the GOP had 60 senators, they would not vote for the wall.

Trump needs to get creative and then prepare for a barrage within the courts because every liberal fruitloop federal judge will think he has the right o stop the president.
