Actually, I’m totally correct on both counts.  How do you think most illegals get here?  They come in on a visitors visa and then overstay the visa.  How on Earth is a wall along the Mexican border going to stop people from Poland who fly here on a visitors visa, land at JFK in New York, and then overstay the visa?
