So much for shutting down the gov't to get border security. NO WALL. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!

Without a stopgap budget, some operations would shut down after Friday. President Donald Trump and congressional Democrats have been sparring over border security and other funding and Trump tweeted in the morning "one way or the other" he will "win" on the border wall.
