Maybe the new AG wouldn't be able to stop any of it--even if he wanted to do so.  I believe tons and tons of Grand Jury indictments already exist, some of which almost certainly rise to the bar of sedition or treason.  Does the new AG now have to sign off on arrests headed for military tribunals?  (I don't know.)

I have been saying since the Kavanaugh hearings that the highest profile prosecutions will be in military tribunals.  We'll have to wait a bit longer to see if I'm right, I guess.
