NC elections board refuses to certify 9th district race

The state board of elections Tuesday refused to certify the results of the 9th Congressional District election after one board member cited what he called "unfortunate activites" in the eastern part of the district.

Total absentee votes in Bladen county were less than the overall margin of victory for Harris.  Dems are stealing another one here.  Mark will be denied a seat by the new congress.  He is a Baptist preacher and the progressives hate him.
