My grandma took me to lunch there, and there used to be (many years later) a piano bar downstairs that was very nice.

back in high school in the late 60s, I used to go parking on the top floor of its parking garage.

Secluded, dark and accessible.  Everything that one needed.

I used to hit the river bottom in Tempe. after the floods.  They've since filled it with water and made a Town Lake out of it.
