How President Trump handles this and what happens along our southern borders will be a focus during the election.  The video is disturbing and an eye opener as to what Mexico is going through and of course their ultimate destination is here.  Pompeo is in agreement to Mexico and the UN processing these people to determine who is seeking asylum and those will be placed in host countries, including the U.S.  Once granted asylum in the U.S., after one year will be eligible to apply for residency, given a social security card and will be able to legally work in the U.S.

About 2,000 Central American migrants who avoided Mexican law enforcement at a border bridge and swam or floated across from Guatemala have decided to reconstitute their mass caravan and continue the push north toward the U.S.

Gathered at a park in the border city of Ciudad Hidalgo, the migrants voted,  then marched to the bridge to urge those still there to cross the river and join them, The Associated Press reported on Saturday night.

"Let's all walk together!" and "Yes we can!" they cried, defying warnings to turn back this week from President Trump, who has sought to make immigration, border security and the human caravan from Central America priority campaign issues ahead of next month's midterm elections.

Rodrigo Abeja, a caravan leader, said that Sunday morning, they would move on toward Tapachula, Mexico, near the Guatemalan border.

"We don't yet know if we will make it to the (U.S.) border," he told AP, "but we are going to keep going as far as we can."

In a Red Dawn scenario, the enemy would be clearly armed.  In this scenario, their weapons are, in fact, their shield.... the fact that they are not armed ... are supposedly harmless victims... and are merely seeking refuge or asylum from violence.   Problem is.... this flood of "victims" will only continue and get worse IF we let them in.  Right now it's 4,000.  What if it ends up being 4,000,000?    Where do we draw the line?  If not here and now, where?

We are screwed no matter how he handles this now.  A Welfare State with open borders as BOTH parties have engineered and enabled AND WANT, ensures that we go Coward-Piven and if we attempt to stop it now after decades of hordes massing into us from the South - riotous bloodshed and violence to prohibit any efforts to seal the border.

Be that as it may, Trump needs to militarize the border, close the border and tell the world that this is a state of emergency and America is CLOSED for immigration for now.

We either defend our borders in this manner, or we tell the world that as long as we are concerned - America has no borders and free handouts to anyone who wants to come on in and have their lives paid for by the existing population.
