Pretty aggressive and optimistic. Obviously, I'd say King is asserting that because Kavanaugh is now on the Supreme Court, we will see reversals of abortion laws. I believe Senator Collins asserted, we would not see Kavanaugh overturn Roe v. Wade but with some cases per one of the news channels, on their way to the SCOTUS, their could be some rulings, I doubt if Kavanaugh would come in on the pro-choice side.
Premature, is what I'd say his analysis is. Lots of likes though.
