This sounds like a complete sandbagging...of the Democrats and media.

This is not a speech that was written just this morning.  She clearly knew what she was doing all along.  McConnell sandbagged the Dems with Collins' vote to get the whole country to tune in and hear a very strong endorsement of Kavanaugh from a woman.  Absolutely brilliant.

And to all those who say "better a Democrat than a RINO like Collins", well, she's strapped one on and is giving it to you guys hard.

I think her speech is fine.  Her words are clear.

Presumption of innocence, sounding like Yes. I think her speech is okay as well.

She knows how to play for the cameras!  That's for sure.
"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."

I'm glad she is coming on like that but I simply cannot listen to her.  I will read it lately, but it's looking good for the good guys.
