Feinstein just unwittingly made the case against her fervent support for jailbreak. She claims endless sexual assaults go unreported. That is actually true. Which means we don't have an over-incarceration problem. This is essentially the argument @TomCottonAR was making.

This fight is not about Kavanaugh. Itâ€™s about standing up to radical Leftists hellbent on the destruction of law, order, due process, and civility. If the Hill Republicans cave on Kavanaugh then NO nominee, for any position, is safe from immoral, unethical, smear campaigns.

More: Judiciary Committee sent letter today to Ford's attnys requesting 1) audio/visual recordings taken during Fords's polygraph; and 2) charts/data used in drawing polygraph conclusions. Ford's attnys just now refused to supply, saying such material not "important." Really?
