Well, I don't believe Kavanaugh is, either, but I understand your point. Still, Coney Barrett is Catholic and pro-life, and they will fight just as hard to take her under. The left will do anything to protect abortion.

Their is a real possibility that if Trump is re-elected, we could have a 7-2 conservative court.

They can't afford an originalist court.
if we would have had one all along, Roe V Wade would be struck down due to the 10th amendment, so would same sex marriage.
Obamacare would have been struck down due to the commerce clause.
The 2nd amendment has survived, but not without more restrictions, and the 1st amendment?
Kneeling at ball games and flag burning are protected, but try starting a bible study class at a local high school today.
If we have an original intent court, no Socialist/Liberal policy would ever be enacted.
They know this, and will stop at nothing to keep it from happening.
