Republican to replace convicted ex-state Sen. Carlos Uresti

Wow, first time this district went red in 139 years.

Texas Sate Senate Republicans 21- Dems 10.

Wonder what Beatoff thinks about this?

That 9 seat deficit seems unfair. Maybe you guys should appoint some more Rats so that it evens things out. It would be the right thing to do.

Congratulations to Pete Flores and the people of district 19.  Congratulations also to the FBI who busted the case on former rat state senator Uresti, and to our Department of Justice who prosecuted Uresti and got 11 felonies and 12 years, plus Uresti still faces another trial in Oct.

Some democrats are questioning the timing of the trial and sentencing so close to the scheduled runoff, but I figure if the Deep State has gotta go after a few rats to make themselves look impartial they better do it right.
