Lame duck District Attorney Abel Reyna continues his personal war against members of the Bandidos Motorcycle Club who attended the Confederation of Club’s and Independents meeting at the Twin Peaks restaurant on May 17, 2015.
Approximately 70 members of the Cossacks Motorcycle Club and two Cossacks support clubs attended the meeting with the intention of intimidating members of the Bandidos, members of clubs that were friendly with the Bandidos and motorcycle enthusiasts who were not affiliated with any club. Multiple Cossacks in attendance at the event and Cossacks who were not at the event explained to police and the press that they considered the Confederation to be a Bandidos racket and considered Waco to be Cossacks territory which Bandidos and their sympathizers were forbidden to visit. Nine people were murdered and an unknown number of people, probably 18, were injured when the Cossacks attacked a small pack of Bandidos and Bandidos supporters as they rode into the Twin Peaks parking lot.
The aftermath was cruel, unconstitutional and represented a mockery of traditional American values. One hundred seventy-seven people were arrested and held on million dollar bonds. Local, state and federal officials seized control of the news narrative and a massive and illegal cover up ensued. The cover up included selective prosecution.
It continues today.
August 9 Warrant
On August 9, an investigator with the McLennan County District Attorney’s Office named John Bowman (photo below) applied for a search warrant to clandestinely seize the Facebook records of ten Bandidos who are currently under indictment for riot. The legality of that indictment is in dispute. The indictment is probably illegal and will probably stand anyway. The warrant also authorizes the search of the all Facebook records for one of the Bandidos wife.
The Bandidos are Richard Cantu, Tom Modesto Mendez, Christopher Jacob Carrizal, Marshall Mitchell, Carl Dogger, Jerry Pierson, Marcus Pilkington, Glenn Walker, Ray Allen and Reginald Weathers. Bowman also wants to rummage through the private portions of Cinderella Weathers’ Facebook page.
The warrant was issued by 74th District Judge Gary Coley Jr.
Cole also issued an “Order Prohibiting Disclosure.†The order states, “Facebook, Inc. shall not provide notification to any person, including the subscriber or customer whom the requested materials relate, of the existence of the search warrant for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of this order.â€

Facebook cannot inform the subscribers of the warrant before February 5, 2019.
The stated objective of the secret is to find a reason to revoke the targets’ bail and incarcerate them until after they are found innocent at trail.
So far, only one Twin Peaks defendant has been tried. Cristopher Jacob Carrizal’s trial last year ended with a hund jury. Recently, Judge Ralph Strother announced he would not try any Twin Peaks defendants until after Reyna leaves office next January. The warrant issued last month seems like a last gasp attempt by Reyna to punish these defendants for something.
