I just read her letter to DiFi and she said she was at a home (whose she can't recall and where she can't recall)with four boys. She was the only girl there. Why did she put herself in that situation. I didn't see that she claimed she was kidnapped. Story is not believable.

Here's the sum total of my thoughts about Kavanaugh: Trump should have nominated Amy Coney Barrett. She wasn't my first choice, but I'm pretty sure whether this is a legit complaint or not, the equivalent couldn't have occurred with her.

I suspect Kavanaugh will not be confirmable now. Whether he withdraws or not, it'll be a political black eye for the GOP because a) the party lost on SCOTUS (a huge issue for the bases of both parties) b) Trump will go apeshit and act like a nutter...

A few things. She doesn't remember when it happened She doesn't remember exactly where it happened She doesn't remember how the party came together She doesn't remember how she got there. Her therapist notes DO NOT mention Kavanaugh BUT IT WAS HIM??

At this moment. Kavanaugh said it didn't happen. I have no reason to doubt him. Now, if this becomes like a Roy Moore or Al Franken thing and more women make accusations, all bets are off. But Kavanaugh has every right to defend himself and he if did not do this, you're damned

Funny.... how her memory is "foggy" on everything except that it was Kavanaugh & Judge.  If her memory is really that bad (at her age?).... how could it be credible about who she's accusing?

Better idea: hold the vote, have a few hardliners like Cruz or Paul vote no because of weaknesses in his judicial record, then put up Barrett. Don't do the chicken**** thing. Put it up for a vote.
