From where the case is now, I'll reckon that it can only be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.
However, I predict that the case may not be appealed "upwards". The powers-that-be of the left will think twice about doing so.
Why is that?
Because if it now becomes "unconstitutional" to ban "high capacity" magazines in California, and the Supreme Court agrees, would it then become unconstitutional for states like New York and Connecticut to maintain similar bans as well?
Did this law in California apply only to magazines?
Or were other gun peripherals included, as well?
(sorry, not familiar with the law)...
