Might be.  "Kelli" is an Arkansas thing.

Interesting. "Kill you" is a Philadelphia thing.

No wonder that's where all the liberals are, trying to grab everybody's guns.

OK, she didn't make a "stupid mistake".  What she did was deliberate and over the line.  She did issue a decent apology, which is unusual in this day and age.  The other side may have gotten a little too amped up, too, but given the bias with which the story is written, it's hard to tell.

@Sanguine   Yes, it was a weird story.  The author was obviously trying to justify what this woman did, but, in the end, it did not fly.  You just don't say things like that in public, especially directed to teen-age girls.

The story is indeed very poorly written, and focuses completely on the things that happened to Kelley, while ignoring what she did.  The fact that she's an "official" is glossed over, but that has a lot to do with why people are outraged.

The fact is, she hollered profanities at a teenager in a public place, and was doing her best to rile up the bystanders against the girl.  She deserves whatever she gets, good and hard.

Guilty pleasure, but I really liked what the parents of the kids did and how the community reacted.  The one parent was more than fair with her but once the utter nastiness of this woman was revealed, it was a lost cause.  Notice she is also a gun grabber.

Moved to more appropriate Category.

Thank you, Mod5.  I couldn't figure out exactly where to post it but I should have posted it here to begin with.

"Kellye" did not think she did anything wrong until people started getting angry at her.  Before she was inconvenienced, she thought her behavior was perfectly fine. And from that point forward, her goal seemed to be nothing more saving her own butt.

Her true colors came out with her first.
public "apology" in which she just doubled down and just blamed the President.  Zero sympathy.

Yep!  I hope she learned a lesson but I doubt it.  But it was a delicious guilty pleasure reading how it played out for her.

Yeah (what's that German word that comes in handy at times?)

Texas Monthly didn't think she did anything wrong, either.  To them, yelling "Grab her by the p*****!" and shaking her fist in the air at the girl was just peachy.

Wow, put your font on large and read away (and take a nap afterwards).... That was a lengthy article. It was slanted towards making the democrat gun grabber a victim, but failed if one is a discerning reader. It also didn't bother to let us the readers judge just how sincere her early apologies were by placing at least a link to them (making it an even longer read). But this rag made sure the later (probable more sincere) apologies were spelled out in detail.

The sad thing is how people ignore what a president says is later used against all people. It is used as a tool to level the high ground as flat as possible. This Kellye screaming liberal lady even used it as a defense and it hurts. The "P" comment Trump gave us coupled with the extra marital affairs does affect a political environment, and not in the positive ways. Like it or not.
