Who said liberal celebrities don’t have valid opinions? Well, actually actress Jody Foster did and then proceeded to say she would like to see a world where humans are disarmed and robots have all of the guns. I don’t think anyone in Hollywood has a good take on the 2nd Amendment, but this is easily the worst. If our Founding Fathers could not have imagined modern weaponry, as liberals claim, then they sure as hell weren’t thinking about the possibility of killer robots.

Foster is promoting her new film Hotel Artemis, which has been described as one of the worst movies ever made. Doing anything to avoid talking about the movie, Foster threw out this bit of wisdom in an IndieWire interview:

“I have a thousand opinions, and I certainly give money and do a lot of things behind the scenes, but it’s not my personality to believe that celebrities have the expertise to try to influence other people’s ideas or their feelings, politically,” said Foster.

Maybe she’s familiar with Asimov’s three laws of robots.

As for me, the only robots I trust are Robbie the Robot and a Roomba.

(Anyone own the latter?)

Oh I’d totally trust Kryten but he’s not really a robot
