What I didn’t know until a recent viewing of “The Final Year” is that Trump’s victory momentarily broke Rhodes’ brain. HBO was there in November 2016 the moment he figured out Trump beat Hillary.

Here I was, feeling good about President Trump, then I read this sad account of Hillary's staff crying, and all of a sudden I felt even better!

You have to wonder when voters deny someone as crooked as Hillary Clinton a high level slot in government, a position in an institution the founders saw as a necessary evil, then were her powerful supporters mourning her loss of public service, or their lost opportunity for personal enrichment?
