Can they make up their minds?  It looks like a stud to me, but sorry, I don't think there's a chic way to wear one.

That said, I felt sorry for her, sitting all alone in the church.  Charles was kind to look after her once the ceremony was over, though.

She had the misfortune of sitting on the "bride's side" .... and that was a party of one.

I can't recall what Fergie got when she and Andrew divorced. But by then Andrew was no longer in line to the throne.

That's Diana's aquamarine ring.

Yes ... some reports say the ring was Harry's wedding gift to Meghan @CatherineofAragon

I want this marriage to work because I like Harry, but am I the only one who thought she was a little too..."on" during the ceremony?  She was perfectly poised, but I don't mean that, really.  It seemed that every look, glance, movement was movie-perfect, down to the way she looked up at him when he drew back her veil.  Maybe it was just me, I don't know.  She's an actress, so I guess it's who she is.

She wanted everything to be perfect, and so did the royal family.  No doubt she had lots of practicing.

Maybe that's what it is..just being an actress....being too perfect, too sincere..every glance perfect

I too want the best for Harry and I hope this isn't all just a rouse on her part.

I was discussing this in the car with Mike on the way home telling him how there is something about it that I don't trust..he said *well kudos to her if she pulled this scam off*.........men!! 9999hair out0000

Thanks doesn't seem that long ago I stayed up for that one. Such a sucker for pomp and circumstance. They play the Queen's coronation movie at the Tower of London while you wait in line to see the Royal Jewels. Amazing. Wow. She was so young.

I'm going to bawl when she's gone.

Yes, I know as Americans we fought to not have royalty, but come on, there's something about the royal weddings......it just brings out the romantic in all of us.

And the hats.

When was the closest thing to a royal wedding America had? Tricia Nixon's wedding?

This is guesswork based on various quotes and reports I've read from time to time, but I think Harry took it the hardest when he lost his beloved Mom.  I think he was carrying a bit of a grievance over the way he thought she was treated by his father and by the Royals in general.

I'm not saying it was a conscious decision to get back at them by marrying this horrible woman but I think there was a tiny bit of retaliation that fueled the union.

Meghan will cause trouble for the Royals for years to come, but, unfortunately, Harry will suffer as well.  Still, he brought it on himself.
Against stupidity, the Gods themselves contend in vain.

She now has a coat of arms. That crown around the song bird’s throat is a bit symbolic for the self proclaimed feminist.

Is it symbolic of anything..why a songbird/dove?

The songbird supporter represents communication, and I think the duchess is in for a royal surprise when she discovers how much she’s going to have to keep her feminist mouth shut. The crown around the songbird’s neck, if you will.
