ConstitutionBy Warner Todd Huston March 12, 2018Illinois has passed a controversial and strict new set of anti-gun laws that now sits on the governor’s desk and one of its provisions requires that all citizens under 21 will not only lose their right to bear arms, but that they will have to turn in their guns, sell them or transfer them to someone else, or, barring that, have them removed from their possession.
