Have you found any reference to the 16-Year Plan in the 99-page source document?  I'm guessing that it's not in there. 

I wonder if the 16-Year Plan is somehow woven into the so-called "Roadmap" chart.  (QAnon has said "Follow the map."  He might be referring to a document that has come to be known as The Roadmap.  The Roadmap might be the document that a British teenager supposedly found via weird online subterfuges and sent to the POTUS more than a year ago[?].)

I don't know. Haven't gotten far. The print is fairly small and I've had other priorities. Hope to read some of it before sleep and I have a Church home group tonight. Wheeee.

Alex Jones was putting the doc up on his website as I left that window--i.e. going to. He was instructing his staff accordingly. It might be cheaper to get there.

I'm a little bit skeptical that this 99 page doc covers all the topics in the 4 page secret congressional memo. It sounds like that is MAYBE about more than the FISA stuff--but maybe not.
