I haven’t heard “All I Want For Christmas Is You” by Mariah Carey this year.  I love that song.

There are numerous photo collages of this on YouTube, most of them good, but here's John himself to sing it (now as an older man, he wrote it quite young):

And my favorite Christmas song of all, Detroit December, by Si Kahn, sung here also by John McCutcheon:

Good song!  He sounds quite a bit like Lyle Lovett.

Walk in Wisdom
See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

Nice rendition....sounds a tiny bit like Frank Sinatra, IMO

BRETT ELDREDGE - Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas
"It aint what you don't know that kills you.  It's what you know that aint so!" ...Theodore Sturgeon

"Journalism is about covering the news.  With a pillow.  Until it stops moving."    - Iowahawk

Whatever you're doing today, do it with all the confidence of a four-year-old wearing a Batman tee-shirt.

Though I am not sure if it is totally true, "Happy Holidays" is a bit of an "Americanism" I read some Brits say, so say "Merry Christmas", they do, though, they've probably gone, in general, more secular than we have...

Don't get carried away, then I'd have to live up to that reputation.
