Unfortunately, a hung jury might just be the best case scenario right now.  It's just not clear to me that the prosecutors proved "corrupt intent".  Having said that, I think Menendez is absolutely corrupt.

Me too. I hope he won't run next year. Just retire. I think that is would be the best thing.
