Tinseltown is no longer glittering. The movie industry was already foundering because of technological advances in media and entertainment. The latest string of flops pouring out of the studios has signaled that Hollywood's malaise is bad, really bad this time. But it’s good for us. The liberal, progressive agenda thrived on big money from media moguls and movie stars. Moviegoers were funding this institution, which invested in candidates and causes against our freedom, our traditional values, our constitution, and our Judeo-Christian culture.

Don't these allegations qualify Spacey to have a Navy ship named in his honor just like Harvey Milk?

Movies stopped being wonderful imho when scriptwriters rely heavily on special effects not acting abilities and they remake everything instead of coming up with new ideas.

Add to the fact you're paying over ten dollars for a ticket, plus gosh knows how much for a popcorn and soda, it's expensive to go out on a date or for a family to go out for a movie.

Then add in all the ridiculous salaries- that's what's killing Hollywood.

Just my two cents.

It's true   Remakes, and the glut of superhero movies.  They've found an easy genre that will make some money and they're milking it for all it's worth.

There's no creativity left in Hollywood... it's all on TV now.
