This is fabricating a problem to go after one of the largest healthcare company there is.
While it appears there is no substance to the suit, the issue becomes how much diversion of resources will occur to J&J when they should be pursuing the next big research into medical breakthroughs.
Which do we want, new medicines or enriching lawyers?
Apparently the lawyers want the latter.
