And I'm sure she'll attract her share of Millennials. It amazes me, anything over 5 years old they treat it like it's the telegraph, but throw up some old moldy hippie like Bernie and they'll completely fall for it.
There was a time when I thought a candidate like her would never have a snowball's chance in hell of winning. But we live in different times now. Thanks to big government politicians, we now have a much larger gimmedat crowd than maybe 20 or 30 years ago. An ever growing segment of the population now looks to government to take care of them and solve their problems. Many of them are the young. Unlike in my day, when we were taught to get an education, get a job and work for a living, careless parents and commie teachers have conditioned the young to expect everything to be handed to them.
It is those people Maxine and other politicians like her appeal to. Maxine and candidates like her don't have to be intelligent or competent enough to do the job. All they have to do is promise free stuff, and the stupid and lazy will vote for them in droves.
