Have you ever stopped to contemplate how you managed to survive off of beer and ramen in college? Fond memories, huh?
Well, thanks to the Texas-based Collective Brewing Project and their new beer inspired by ramen noodles, you can relive the good ole days.
The Collective Brewing Project, which focuses on creating traditional sour and farmhouse-style beers, rightfully dubbed their ramen-inspired brew, Cup O' Beer. The new beer, which was released last month, is brewed with 55 pounds of noodles and has notes of ginger, lime, lemongrass and a seaweed-cured sea salt, according to the brewery's Facebook page.
Cup O' Beer was inspired by a trip the brewery's co-founder, Ryan Deyo, took to San Diego.
