Open Questions Related to the Seth Rich Murder Case

As noted already, there are a number of questions surrounding the Seth Rich murder case.  Here is a list of the many questions that remain:

We know two men murdered Seth Rich and were caught on camera doing it. Where is this video from the bar from that night?

Where is the police camera footage from the police onsite at the crime scene?

What did Rich tell the police?

What was the prognosis of Rich after his surgery?

Who was around Rich in the hospital and how did he die?

Where is the laptop with information regarding the link between Rich and WikiLeaks?

Who asked the DC Police and Mayor’s Office to stand down on the Rich investigation?

Who assigned Bauman, the PR crisis manager, to the case?

Why is the media not reporting about this case?

Who is giving the MSM orders to not report about the case?

Who is ordering social media to shut down stories related to this case?

Who is behind Sean Hannity being ordered not to report on this case?

Who is behind the bots used to shut down reporting of this case?

Why did the DNC not offer a reward for information on Seth Rich’s murder?

Why is former DNC head Donna Brazile asking to stop the investigation?

What does Hillary Clinton know about the murder?

Was Seth’s murder a hit ordered by the Clintons or the DNC?

We need to ask and find out where was John Podesta last year when Seth Rich was murdered?

Where was Podesta’s brother at the time of the murder?

Is there any connection between the Podesta brother’s and the Seth Rich murder in addition to the threats John Podesta made in emails?

How could the DNC ever allow someone to be so high up in their party as John Podesta or is this a prerequisite to being a top Democrat?

Why is John Podesta so interested in getting this story out of the hands of the Democrat MSM complex?

Will President Trump order an investigation into the murder case?

Good questions.

Seth was on the phone with his girl friend when the murder(s) intercepted him. He told her he would call her right back. She said whoever it was sounded angry. His leads me to believe Seth knew the person that shot him.  Not a robbery, someone he knew was seriously pissed off.

That doesn't sound 'random'--If he knew the person(s).

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

No, it doesn't....does it.  But some would have you believe he saw a feral thug trying to rob him, scuffled with the feral (armed) thug and then told his gf not to worry.  Riiiight!

Although evidence is commonly kept under wraps during an active investigation (It can eliminate kooks and other interference), the videos may have been sequestered to keep the narrative going. It isn't uncommon to put video on Crimestoppers ads looking for public input as to the ID of perpetrators, and I am surprised that hasn't been done. I would hope evidence isn't being 'lost' like videos from Oklahoma City or the skull X-rays of Ron Brown's body.

Anybody remember previous surgeon general Joycelyn Elders?

People wondered how in the world she ever attained such a high post considering her limited background.  Toss in the fact she could barely speak the Queen's English and the whole thing raised more than a few eyebrows.  Then people starting digging.

Turns out it's not that hard at all to cover up a few murders here and there.

Well it looks and sounds like the laptop is already "lost".   You know how that goes.... whenever the idiot left is concerned.  They cover their @sses real good.

Can't a lot of these be answered, "In the files of an ongoing investigation"??

Yes, and some details will be withheld to be able to screen kooks claiming to have done the crime (for whatever reason), and to be able to positively verify any confession through unpublished information about the crime or crime scene. The laptop is a serious piece of evidence that suddenly seems to be gone.

  • All deserve a trial if accused
The Chandra Levy case was on all the time; I remember that. Who did she work for? Gary Condit?

So, some are sensitive to this case? This case has been compared to the Chandra Levy case.

More to read, I guess a White House petition has now been set up, asking them to investigate; more here including what OANN is reporting.

http://thefreethoughtproject.com/white-house-petition-reward-seth-rich-killer/

Quote
According to One America News, which is offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of his killer, members of Congress are now beginning to question whether or not Rich’s death may have been an inside job. Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-California) told OAN, “Whoever it could be, we need to look into it and verify. The fact that the young man’s death has not been followed by an investigation that would even be in place for an ordinary murder is very suspicious to me.”

Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-TX) told OAN, “I think it should definitely be a part of the investigation. It’s an alternative theory and any good investigation looks at alternative theories…We need to investigate all the options. A lot of the allegations about Russia and some of the allegations about President Trump now are all coming from un-named sources. Sources suggesting it was an inside job are probably just as valid as somebody not willing to give their name.”

So little facts have come out, when I read something, I don't know whether it is believable or not.

Chandra Levy was 'missing' for a year. No known video, no crime scene except for the dump site, skeletal remains at the time of discovery (not much to autopsy).  Condit was never charged, but was allegedly having an affair with her, which he denied.
Investigators focused on a Salvadoran who supposedly told another man he'd done it, but the testimony was later proved to be unreliable. The accused was convicted, but new evidence surfaced and he was deported in lieu of a retrial. The case remains unsolved.

In this instance, fresh corpse, murder scene, physical evidence of far better quality, allegations of involvement which might provide motive for murder, contents of the laptop are key to resolving many questions about the crime.

Yes, I was aware of some of the differences; I don't take issue with @jpsb in stating this above:

And what I heard is Seth was on the phone with his girl friend, it sounded like a scuffle during the call and then, Seth said he was okay.

But I'm not sure where these details are coming from.

The hospital episode per Seth, about the physician sounds too fantastic to me; but nonetheless, there is a lot here that needs to be ironed out.

Where it's coming from..... since there apparently were no eye-witnesses.... is the next best thing.  An "ear-witness", if you will.  The girlfriend told the mother that there was a scuffle and AFTER the scuffle, Rich told her not to worry.   That would indicate that he knew the assailant.  Right?   What moron would say not to worry if it was someone he didn't know attacking him?

There should be a paper trail on who last had the lap top. If it is really gone then we have a case of destroying evidence. Who would destroy evidence on a botched robbery case?

I'm not buying the hospital story either and for the same reason.

Yes...that's the typical procedure.  Why do people think it should be different in this case?!

Police only alerted my brother in law about the possible discovery of his sister's remains after a half dozen nutcases came forward claiming to be her when a story about the serial killer who murdered her hit the news. In reality she had been dead within a few days of her late 70s disappearance.

Oh I'm sure it will be portrayed/painted as merely a case of the usual and standard (ssdd) incompetence factor.
