Trump told advisors ousting Flynn was mistake: report

President Trump has told aides and advisors that ousting former national security adviser Michael Flynn was a mistake, Politico reported Friday.

Flynn resigned in February after misleading officials, including Vice President Mike Pence, on contacts he had with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak during the 2016 campaign.

Trump frequently defends Flynn to those around him, telling them in private that Flynn was a “good man,” the report said.

Flynn just works for foreign governments and there is no problem letting him access classified info, lol.

I don't think Flynn should have been fired and he is a good man.  Of course, we have know idea if Trump actually said this or Politico is just making it up, which is highly likely.  If the Donald did say this and his advisor talked to Polltico, then it's time for him to get rid of some people.
