Ted Cruz’ team TAUNTS Democrat skittish about running against him!

From the Texas Tribune:Cruz’s team, meanwhile, has been happy to taunt Castro throughout his decision-making process. Cruz himself suggested in February that Castro would be “retired from public service” if he sought the Senate promotion.
“Like sand through an hourglass, so are the numbered days before Mr. Castro publicly admits that he will never run for anything more than a safe seat in Congress,” said Jeff Roe, a senior adviser to Cruz. “He was out-maneuvered by the mighty Irishman O’Rourke.”
Yet Julián Castro said Wednesday his brother remained genuinely undecided on whether to challenge Cruz. “For sure,” he said after the stop in San Antonio.
I mean c’mon, that’s hilarious. There was a poll that came out showing that Cruz is losing to Joaquin right now, which would be surprising given what greater name recognition Cruz has. But many pointed out that the polling company was rather liberal and might have skewed results.According to the statewide poll numbers released Wednesday by Texas Lyceum, Castro gets 35 percent support of Texas adults in the potential matchup, while Cruz gets 31 percent.
And in a matchup between Cruz and Rep. Beto O’Rourke (D-Texas), the two are tied at 30 percent.
