A twice-deported sexual predator illegal alien was captured in the sanctuary state of California committing a crime. NBC 4 tells us the ridiculous tale of 39-year-old illegal alien Guillermo Damaso. He has quite the criminal history including convictions for weapons and drug charges. He is currently wanted in Florida for exposing himself to children. He was deported from Florida once and then another time from California.
