Of course it is.

Back in the 08 presidential race Duncan Hunter pointed to DOD testimony on capital hill where officials testified that they had no way of knowing whether China or other adversaries were manufacturing our classified tech for us.

I meant counterfeit parts.

Apparently there are vast numbers of counterfeit parts in the US military.
