All I know is.... if she came in and sat down like that on MY couch with her shoes on .... I would show her the door and she would understand that she would not be welcome to come back......ever.  It's a sign of disrespect, at best.  I've already stated what the 'at worst' sign is.

Although...

I love the Trump apologists here who will make up crap out of thin air like, "She took her shoes off" and, "She didn't have heels on," when the pictures clearly show otherwise.

That being said - who cares, right? She got in position to lean over and get a good shot. Big deal.
