President Trump's war with the media was measured by an Emerson College poll Thursday. It found that more Americans trust Trump than they trust what the national media says. And no, CNN, President Trump did NOT praise Friday's blizzard in the Northeast for being white and strong.
 
Washington D.C. went to the barricades Friday over a court ruling on a president's right to ban entry to potentially dangerous aliens. Trump never had a chance. It's the same 9th Circuit Court of Appeals that ruled British troops were perfectly within their rights to burn down the White House.
 
Senator Elizabeth Warren used her opposition to the confirmation of Jeff Sessions as Attorney General to vault herself into the Democratic Party's left-wing. She's on fire. At the end of her floor speech, Liz gave a big shout-out to all poor people who aren't killing rich people for some reason yet.
 
Attorney General Jefferson Beauregard Sessions took office Thursday over Democratic howls that he's named after two Confederate icons. However, they didn't mind a president's middle name being Hussein. It just illustrates the left's point that Southerners are more dangerous than Muslims.
 
Senate Democrats called off their planned all-night filibuster against Tom Price's nomination for HHS Secretary on Thursday. They're all still livid over Hillary losing to Trump. Democrats will never forgive Donald Trump for being the first man in history to win an argument with a woman.
 
Barack Obama was shown on TV kite-surfing behind a speedboat in the warm ocean water off Sir Richard Branson's private island in the Bahamas on Friday. The cameras showed Obama laughing, smiling and enjoying himself. That could change when he tries to re-enter the United States.
 
The Huffington Post gave a rave review to the FXX comedy You're the Worst for its hilarious groundbreaking scenes dealing with a female character's depression. Humor and sympathy can help out any condition. Think about poor Hillary, Valentine's Day and President's Day in the same week.
 
The White House accused the media of making up news to try to undermine Donald Trump's presidency. The mainstream media is doing all it can to nail him. Last week CNN denied fake news claims, after reporting that Queen Elizabeth will become president after Trump's impeachment.
 
The University of Delaware announced the school will honor its alum Joe Biden by dedicating a new building on campus to house the new Joe Biden Institute. It's quite an impressive structure. The building is four stories tall and in Joe Biden's honor the elevator doesn't go all the way to the top.
 
Pop singer Joy Villa showed at the Grammy Awards in a dress advertising Trump's name and reading Make America Great Again in large letters. Photos are all over social media. Millions of women want to know just where they can buy this dress, and all we know so far is, not Nordstrom's.
 
Jennifer Lopez told the Grammy Awards Sunday that celebrities need to speak out on politics now more than ever with Trump in the White House. Conservatives have decided to set up a Suicide Watch for stars who are still angry over the election. It's not to stop them, mind you, it's just to watch.
 
New England Patriots owner Bob Kraft said his Super Bowl-winning players are free to go to the White House to celebrate, or not. There are lots of Democrats on the Patriots. Last week six members of the team joined Hillary Clinton among the people who won't be going to the White House.
 
Jerry Brown thanked FEMA for sending emergency flood money to California Tuesday. He'd have thanked President Trump, but he's got a career in Hollywood to consider after office. Jerry doesn't want to spend the last ten years of his life calling his agent and asking if there's anything yet.
 
The White House scandal over foreign interference in domestic politics reached Hollywood on Saturday. Before my set at the Comedy Store I tried out a new joke on Yakov Smirnov, and he told me that the joke would work and Yakov was right, it killed. Now Democrats are calling for my resignation.
 
President Trump stood at a press conference Wednesday and said he was one hundred percent behind Israel. Earlier in the week, he ripped Germany for the country's open border policy. Okay, say Trump's critics, other than his support for Jews and his dislike of Germany, he's JUST like Hitler.
