And Russia is helping them.

What hasn't been that long ago is the tragedy of how the Obama administration handled the ISIS problem in Iraq.  Which allowed Iran and Russia to seize the opportunity.  Giving Iran more opportunity to seize parts of Iraq.

Oh so long must mean Bush.
