Funny how the leftists always think that they, being the awfully special people that they are, do not have to follow the same letter of the law that they gleefully cheer others being forced to follow (county clerk refusing to process gay marriage licenses, baker vs. gay couple, etc.), despite their personal feelings or religious objections (as if they ever had any religious objections).

When it comes to government employees, they should do the job mandated they do.  If not, out the door they should go.  Permanently.  Let them work in the private sector where they should be free to discriminate as they wish.

She is an elected official. If the voters want her to stay, she stays.

I would think there are remedies for even elected officials at her level who refuse to do their sworn duty.
