Satellite temperatures show global pause resumes as temperatures plunge
Satellite-derived temperatures show the global warming pause is back and Earth is heading toward pre-El Nino levels

New satellite data shows temperatures are plunging downwards, despite NOAA and NASA using heavily jiggered data to show a global warming trend this century. Maintained by the RSS group from the University of Alabama/Huntsville and partially funded by NASA, it shows temperatures are heading toward pre-El Nino temperatures.

The previous El Nino began in 2015 and ended in 2016 and elevated worldwide temperatures for about 15 months. The satellite temperature record is important because it’s not affected by land and sea biases, such as concrete, the Urban Heat Island effect, missing data stations, and hotter cityscapes.

Great post! And then there's this article about newly published information which shows that the oceans are absorbing a lot of solar heat and that this may be related to the "pause" in elevation of the average temperature of the atmosphere.

I'm taking it with a grain of salt because historically for every admission of stipulated objective fact, the AGW fanatics attempt to push an obfuscating dialectic which embraces all manner of BS, speculative conjecture presented as fact, misinformation and outright mendacity which furthers nothing but confusion and fear.

Talking about Trump possibly gutting the Warmist establishment, of course libs were protesting about settled science ect. I linked a couple of YouTube vids addressing 2 important topics.

first deals with the uncertainly in climate models, they are useless and have no predictive value and the problems some of the modelers have in understand that problem with their models. THe second is about the systematic corruption of the Climate/Temperature record by Government Scientist. Very interesting since the presented uses government records to document the corruption of the Temperature Data set for the US since 1880 that has happened since 1990. Sorry I don't know how to embed youtube vids with this software just links. Each vid is about 45 min but well worth the time.
