Quote

Hillary Clinton "couldn't stop crying" once she learned of her loss to Donald Trump on Tuesday, best-selling conservative author Ed Klein told Newsmax TV on Wednesday.

"About 6:30 this morning she called an old friend," he began on "The Steve Malzberg Show" in an interview. "She was crying, inconsolably.

"She couldn't stop crying.

"Her friend said — her female friend from way, way, back — said that it was even hard to understand what she was saying, she was crying so hard.

"This is Hillary we're talking about," Klein said.

"Eventually," he continued, "her friend said she could make out that she was blaming James Comey, the director of the FBI, for her loss — and this I don't understand exactly — and the president of the United States for not doing enough."

Klein said his source then asked further about President Barack Obama.

"She said: 'Well, she felt, Hillary felt, that the president could have stopped Comey a long time ago, because that's what [former President] Bill [Clinton] said."

  • All deserve a trial if accused
That LA Times poll and IBD basically showed Trump's margin the whole time. It was steady.

I think there is just so much blame that can be put on Comey but why would the other polls reflect such pendulum swings?

Hmmmm....

As hard as I may try, I can't work up any sympathy
I have little interest in streamlining government or in making it more efficient, for I mean to reduce its size. I do not undertake to promote welfare, for I propose to extend freedom. My aim is not to pass laws, but to repeal them.

You are high right? Both those polls were totally wrong. They showed Trump up in their final poll. Trump is under.

How to lose credibility while posting:
1. Trump is never wrong.
2. Default to the most puerile emoticon you can find. This is especially useful when you can't win an argument on merits.
3. Be falsely ingratiating, completely but politely dismissive without talking to the points, and bring up Hillary whenever the conversation is really about conservatism.
4. When all else fails, remember rule #1 and #2. Emoticons are like the poor man's tweet!

her female friend from way, way, back — said that it was even hard to understand what she was saying, she was screaming so incoherently.

Fixed it.

I have sympathy for her. I shouldn't but I do...

Fact is though, she made huge errors in judgement that led to this.

Without the email scandal we'd be looking at President HRC today.

Hillary,

Take a hint and go away. Go run for governor of some blue state like NY. I think you might do well.

Yeah.  I can sympathize with her to the extent that her decades-long, single-minded desire for the presidency has been dashed.  I can feel bad for somebody when they fail like that.  But damn, I'm glad she lost.

If by "made huge errors in judgment" you mean, "was dishonest, corrupt, and incompetent," then I suppose I agree.  But whether or not she started out that way as a child, even back in 1972 she'd shown her true colors, working on the Watergate committee.

If instead you mean, she did stupid and illegal things that could and would be discovered, I also agree.

You're almost certainly correct.  Her lamentably awful record would never have been enough to tar her as dishonest and untrustworthy (though in a rational world, her record would have disqualified her early...)

I think you're on to something -- I could easily see her running for governor of NY, and winning.

I know... and we were all making fun of the LA Times poll as an outlier.  Wow.  I guess we'll have to make it up to them somehow.

We are hard people, Ed, but I feel no sympathy either.  She's a horrible human being ... so bad that she landed us with another horrible human being.

  • Cruz 2016- a Constitutional Conservative at last!
I do not have a shred of sympathy for this corrupt evil soulless conscienceless piece of protoplasm. If she cried it was tears of rage and hatred. She deserves prison not sympathy- she caused the death of four Americans and lied about it and maligned their families. She is not a human being by my definition, this partial-birth abortion proponent.

This.

I am usually accused of being too soft-hearted and forgiving.  Not with this bitch.  I am gleeful at the imagine of her inconsolable grief.  She is so justly deserving of this and so much more.

"Lock her up!"

When Barry beat her it was a good thing and a silver lining to that mess. However this time, there is no 'next time'. This may well be the first time in her life she EVER had no recourse. And with Obama losing, she ALSO has no firewall of the Dem congress and DOJ/FBI/DNC/Obama to make her woes go away. The only thing that can protect her legally is oft-spineless Republicans, UNLESS EITHER of the men that beat her in elections, pardon her.

Imagine being a proud feminist/socialist with THAT as your only options.

Say What Now?

Obama DID stop Comey a long time ago. Last July. After looking at the facts, Comey took the coward's way out and didn't recommend prosecution.

It was not Obama's fault - nor Comey's - that Carlos Danger's laptop was just found with perv texts to under aged girls and Hillary's "deleted" emails.

During Obama's term the entire DOJ was turned into a consigliere for the organized crime syndicate that has infested DC, and the Democrat party in particular.

A top-to-bottom cleaning is warranted; Hillary's only chance is that this doesn't happen.

The FBI is an interesting case.  A top-level house cleaning is obviously warranted there, too, as well as a reshuffling of personnel among the various field offices -- the political nature of HRC's "exoneration" is proof of that.

The FBI's reputation is on the line here, too -- they're going to go after the Clinton Foundation.

How can she blame Obama?  In my political knowledge realm (c.1968-to now), I can't remember an POTUS incumbent working that hard for his replacement.

One truly delusional bitch.  IF she is mad, I hope she blows some whistles.

Look for him to show up dead in a "mysterious" accident some day.

The only truthful way in which she could blame Obama would be in admitting her loss was a repudiation of his radical leftist policies.

Only she intended to continue them, so she couldn't possibly think or say that.

I think neither she nor Obama understand the degree to which a lot of people -- far more than voted for Trump -- cannot stand his bloviations on any topic; much less bloviating in favor of an obviously corrupt candidate.

Obama campaigning for Hillary played great to the devoted faithful, but I'm thinking it actually hurt her among the truly undecided.

How many 'ya got?

I can think of several, right off the bat: Lynch, Obama, FBI professionals, his wife, public opinion (for), public opinion (against), the media, the Clinton Foundation, his own conscience....
